VEZRIKA AI Creator Engine is an advanced generative AI SaaS platform designed for digital content creators, marketers, and video producers. Our system transforms single topic seed concepts into structured, high-retention Premium Creator Suites containing:

VEZRIKA operates on a transparent, upfront payment unlock structure:

You agree to use VEZRIKA solely for lawful creative purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Generating hate speech, illegal material, violent threats, sexually explicit content, or defamatory copy.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the backend API endpoints or prompt structures.
• Utilizing automated bots, scripts, or proxies to circumvent the 5-generation daily limit or rate limits.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting denial-of-service attacks against VEZRIKA infrastructure.

Generative AI language models produce output algorithmically based on statistical probability:

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, service may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, or third-party AI provider outages (e.g. Google Gemini API capacity overloads). VEZRIKA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operational availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEZRIKA and its founders, operators, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, social media account restrictions, or commercial interruption arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

In no event shall VEZRIKA's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to VEZRIKA in the preceding 30 days.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block access to the VEZRIKA platform for any user who engages in fraudulent payment activity, attempts API exploitation, bypasses daily generation limits via automated bots, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
